The Reading Library

Free, printable packets of the great books, cut to the passages that matter, for classical Christian students, parents, teachers and adults learning for themselves.

• Plato, Augustine, Luther, Homer, Dante, Milton, the catechisms and more. Every text is in the public domain.
• Each packet is one PDF with the source and translation named, ready to print and mark up.
• For the long books, a packet gets you started; a copy of your own is better still.

The library comes from Paideia, a tutor in classical Christian education that teaches by asking, sends you to real books, and will not write your essays for you. It opens to new families and teachers soon.
